Return Policy – Judit Csotsits Art

At Judit Csotsits Art, each piece is created with great care and attention. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the unique and handmade nature of the artwork, all sales are final.

We only accept returns in the rare case that an item arrives damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, you may return the damaged item for a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Please note:

• Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than shipping damage.
  
  

• The buyer is responsible for carefully unpacking artwork upon arrival to avoid accidental damage.
  
  

• Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the damaged item has been received and inspected.
